About Us
Tree of Life Cat Rescue, a 50`1(c)3 non-profit, was founded in 2013 by Shawna Leone, a registered nurse and pet lover with over 10 years experience as a veterinary assistant. She is also an active volunteer and supporter in the community with other animal rescue organizations.
Unfortunately, both our TNR and Foster Programs are NOW CLOSED. In the past 4 months, ToL has TNR-ed 87 cats all across Prince William County. Our funds are depleted and we don't have enough volunteers to keep up with the high volume of calls for assistance.ToL is now focusing all our energy on finding permanent, loving homes for the foster kitties currently in our care and feeding the managed (TNR-ed) feral colonies in our local community. YOUR SUPPORT IS STILL VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! Donations of money, cat food, and TIME (volunteer hours) are *greatly* needed. Please click the "donate" button above if you can help. THANK YOU!
